What to do this weekend: 21-22 October
The Big Beforenoon Tea Weekend
Mimi's Bakehouse is celebrating two years of this classic breakfast treat, the 'beforenoon tea'. The 'beforenoon tea' comes with the usual treats of the afternoon tea such as scones, classic cakes and tea, served between 9am and 12pm at weekends. Book your table here not to miss out and visit Mimi's at the Shore or in Corstorphine.
21ST OCTOBER, SATURDAY
Don't you just love a bit of Scandi drama? Hedda Gabler is a play written by the Norwegian playwright Henrik Ibsen currently on at the Festival Theatre. If you missed out, you can still book it for the January 2018 show at Glasgow's Theatre Royal.
22ND OCTOBER, SUNDAY
Last day of Kite and Trumpet
This Sunday is the last day of the Kite and Trumpet Festival of Polish Art for Children. Venues include the Summerhall, the Scottish Storytelling Centre, and the North Edinburgh Arts Centre and the programme features various workshops and performances.
