What to do this weekend: 30 September - 1 October
Last weekend of Jupiter
Have you been to Jupiter Artland? This weekend is your last chance to visit the exhibitions before they close for the 2017 season. Although Jupiter will still open for special events such as workshops and the popular Christmas fair, you have to be quick to grab tickets. From this year's commissions we particularly liked Pablo Bronstein's Rose Walk and you can never get bored of the Charles Jencks grass dunes.
30TH SEPTEMBER, SATURDAY
Canteen Street Food Festival
Autumn has clearly arrived in town and Canteen is saying goodbye to summer with a sesason closing party. In the usual format the Archerfield Walled Garden will host the party and the line-up includes Bostock Bakery, Harajuku Kitchen and The Fizz Bar amongst others.
Meanwhile in Leith's Ostara cafe Buck and Birch will pop up with an autumn feast. Expect game, fish, foraging and great atmosphere around a communal table.
1ST OCTOBER, SUNDAY
Mid Century Modern
If you are also an interior enthusiast, you will be pleased to hear that the Drill Hall has a new market dedicated to furniture and design from the mid 20th century. Confirmed traders include Habiib, L'Atelier Vintage amongst others.
Have a nice weekend!
