Freemasons' Hall Open Day
This Saturday is the Spring Open Day of the Freemasons' Hall on George Street. Admission is free and doors are open from midday with last entry at 3.15pm. There will be tours of the building as well as opportunity to do some shopping, including books and whiskies.
6TH MAY, SUNDAY
The Garden of Cosmic Speculation
Have you ever heard of The Garden of Cosmic Speculation? Yes, there is really a garden with such name and it is spectacular indeed. The garden is located in Dumfries and Galloway and it is only open to the public once a year - this Sunday in 2018! It's a private garden of Charles Jencks, who is also behind the land formations of Jupiter Artland and the Scottish National Gallery of Modern Art. We visited last year and loved the place. Make sure to book your ticket and arrive super early as the garden and surrounding country roads can get super busy.
Have a nice weekend!
