Treen - Custom Lane in Leith is hosting Treen, a vegan fashion retailer this weekend. Open between 10-5 on Saturday and 11-4 on Sunday.
Botanics Halloween Trail
The Botanics has plenty of events going on this autumn! The annual Halloween Trail returns this weekend and it’s a great family friendly event combined with a nice stroll in the gardens. You can pick up a map for £2 at the John Hope Gateway reception. Upon completing the trail, you will receive a treat from Mackie’s of Scotland.
12TH OCTOBER, SATURDAY
Festival of Politics at the Scottish Parliament
Did you know that the Scottish Parliament is celebrating its 20th anniversary this year? If you have not yet visited the building, it’s well worth checking out - and this Friday and Saturday they are hosting the Festival of Politics with a wide range of events. In case you can’t make it this Saturday, the Scottish Parliament is open to everyone between Mondays and Saturdays and you can visit it for free. 13TH OCTOBER, SUNDAY
Are you a fellow classical music enthusiast? Then here's something for you hosted by Usher Hall this Sunday, as part of their Sunday Classics programme. The Moscow Philharmonic Orchestra with Alexandra Dariescu will be performing an all-Russian programme featuring Tsaikovsky, Rachmaninov and Shostakovich.
