Weekend 1 of Doors Open Days
Doors Open Days Scotland turns 30 this year and they are celebrating with the largest range of free events across the entire month of September. The first weekend open days will feature Fife East, Inverness and the Highlands and Inverclyde. So many beautiful venues to explore!
31ST AUGUST, SATURDAY
Kilt Society Sample Sale
The popular Tartan Blanket Co’s brother company, the Kilt Society is hosting a pop-up sample sale this Saturday between 10am-6pm (and also on Friday between 5-8pm). If you always wanted to own a kilt, this is your chance to source one at a bargain price. There will be treats from The Kilted Donut too!
West End Open Air Cinema
Edinburgh’s West End is hosting their very first open air cinema event at the grounds of the beautiful St Mary’s Cathedral. Book your free tickets via Eventbrite. The 3pm screening will feature Christopher Robin, while the 8pm screening will show Bohemian Rhapdody.
Last day of Chill Fest

Boyes Botanics x Grow Urban
Grow Urban at Fountainbridge will be hosting a terrarium workshop this Sunday led by Kirsty of Boyes Botanics. She will help you create your own fishbowl terrarium with succulents, stones, sand and preserved moss. The ticket price includes a tea/coffee and 10% off a purchase from Grow Urban.
